Q: How old does my puppy need to be to start training?

Puppies can start as soon as they’ve had their first vaccination from their breeder and are healthy.

Q: Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes. For the safety of all dogs, we require current vaccinations appropriate to your dog’s age and class type (e.g., C3/C5 for puppies, up-to-date boosters for adults or titre test from the previous 12 months). Proof of vaccination will be requested before starting.

Q: What if I can’t make it to class?

We understand that life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you stay on track. For the majority of our classes, we provide online learning resources that allow you to stay up-to-date with the current week's content. These resources include detailed training guides, instructional videos, and access to our online platform where you can review class materials and instructions at your convenience.
