Our trainers are committed to ongoing learning and professional development to provide the best training for you and your dog.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring anyone who is involved in your dog’s daily life to our training sessions. Whether you’re attending indoor or outdoor classes, we have ample space to accommodate the whole family.

Including family members in training sessions can be incredibly beneficial. It ensures that everyone is on the same page with training methods, helps reinforce consistency in commands and routines, and strengthens the bond between your dog and all family members. Plus, it provides an opportunity for everyone to learn how to effectively handle and interact with your dog, leading to a more harmonious household.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you can’t make it to a scheduled class. That’s why we offer flexible solutions to keep you on track with your training goals.

For the majority of our classes, we provide online learning resources that allow you to stay up-to-date with the current week’s content. These resources include detailed training guides, instructional videos, and access to our online platform where you can review class materials and instructions at your convenience.

If you miss a class, you won’t miss out on important information. Our online platform ensures you can continue learning and practicing the skills at home. Additionally, you can reach out to us through the online platform for any questions or assistance you may need. Our team is always available to provide support and guidance, helping you overcome any challenges and keep your training on track.

Yes, we require all dogs to be up-to-date with their vaccinations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Specifically, dogs should have been vaccinated within the past 12 months. If your dog has had a titre test that shows they do not need to be revaccinated for the current 12-month period, we will accept that as well.

For puppies, it’s essential that they have received at least their first vaccination from their breeder before attending classes. This helps ensure that they are protected against common diseases and can safely interact with other dogs during their early training sessions.

If you have any concerns about vaccination status or need guidance on meeting these requirements, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to assist you and ensure your dog’s training experience is both safe and beneficial.

We use a force-free, positive reinforcement approach to dog training, grounded in the latest scientific methods. This style of training focuses on encouraging desirable behaviors through rewards and positive interactions, rather than using aversive techniques or punishment.

Our training methods are supported by evidence-based research and are designed to promote a healthy, trusting relationship between you and your dog. We are proud members of the Pet Professional Guild (PPGA), and our training practices align with their high standards for ethical and effective dog training.

By adhering to these principles, we aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that helps your dog thrive while ensuring a positive experience for both you and your furry friend.
